In 1991, I wrote the Sr. President Bush, for which I received from Mr. Raymond J. Uhalde, then, Administrator at the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Development, a response letter about the viability of his proposed 70 billion plan to create permanent jobs throughout every community in the United States, entitled, "Project Safer America." Mr. Uhalde, stated, "Your proposal for 'Project Safer America'--making it possible to electronically identify leased property--may be a viable entrepreneurial opportunity," January 10th, 1992. I was noted as One of the Best Poets of the 20th Century" by the International Library of Poetry, in 1999, and penned America's Team, the poem, for the world famous Dallas Cowboys Football Club that sold throughout their pro shops, in 1997. And I've written a couple of simple innovative jobs creating income producing programs.
